Job description

POSITION SUMMARY: The Barista – Coffee Cart is responsible for delivering exceptional guest service through the preparation and service of high-quality coffee, espresso beverages, and light food offerings within a fast-paced casino environment. This role requires a friendly, professional demeanor, attention to detail, and the ability to engage guests while maintaining efficiency, cleanliness, and compliance with all casino policies and food safety standards.

Essential Job Functions:

•Prepare and serve coffee, espresso-based beverages, teas, and specialty drinks according to established recipes and quality standards

•Greet guests warmly, take orders accurately, and process transactions using the POS system

•Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked coffee cart at all times

•Handle cash and credit transactions accurately, following casino cash-handling procedures

•Monitor product levels and notify supervisor of restocking needs

•Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and health department regulations

•Comply with all casino policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

•Provide prompt, courteous service in a high-volume environment

•Resolve guest concerns professionally and escalate issues when appropriate

•Perform opening and closing duties as assigned

•Work collaboratively with team members and other casino departments

•Responsible for immediately informing the on-site IGC Agent on duty, Security, and the Supervisor on Duty of any Internal Control or State Regulation violations related to gaming activity of which you commit, witness, or become aware, must report pursuant to the  company Self-Reporting Policy
