THE POSITION
Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Coding and Charge Entry Manager, where you will lead a dedicated group of professionals in managing and optimizing coding and billing processes. Your expertise will ensure accuracy and compliance, driving efficiency and excellence in our revenue cycle operations. Bachelor degree in Healthcare related field (BSN or RHIA) or 5 years Coding experience. Minimum 3 years acute-care hospital documentation specialist or Inpatient Coding and/or leadership experience required. AHIMA credential of RHIT or RHIA or CCS or CDIP or ACDIS CCDS required.
