How you'll make an impact in this roleAnalyze complex audit findings and deliver clear, constructive reports to practice managers, coding leadership, and clinical stakeholders.
Design and facilitate engaging educational programs for physicians, Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), coders, billers, and practice leaders to address documentation gaps and evolving regulatory standards.
Identify recurring coding trends or uncaptured revenue, partnering with practice teams to build corrective action plans that elevate overall billing integrity.
Assist in managing and refining auditing frameworks, proactively targeting high-risk compliance areas across AMG practice operations.
