Job summary

A skilled and experienced Licensed Plumber is needed to join our team. The Licensed Plumber installs, maintains, and repairs plumbing systems in residential, commercial, or industrial settings. This individual diagnoses issues, follows blueprints and codes, and ensures efficient and safe plumbing operations. The plumber works independently and collaboratively with other professionals to complete projects efficiently and to the highest standards.

Key responsibilities

  • Install, repair, and maintain water supply lines, drainage systems, and related fixtures and appliances (e.g., sinks, toilets, bathtubs, water heaters, dishwashers).
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose plumbing issues, such as leaks, blockages, or system malfunctions.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and specifications to determine layout and installation procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Estimate time, materials, and costs for plumbing jobs.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, explaining plumbing problems and solutions clearly and concisely.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhere to safety protocols, and use appropriate protective equipment.

Qualifications
