About the Role:
KIBO&CO Electrical Corp is looking for a skilled and motivated Electrical Foreman to lead our crew in Barstow, TX. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll drive projects forward, ensure quality workmanship, and keep your team safe and on schedule. If you're a seasoned electrician ready to take the next step, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and direct electrical crew members on commercial, residential, or industrial job sites
  • Interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and technical drawings to guide daily work
  • Coordinate with project managers and general contractors to ensure timely project completion
  • Ensure all electrical installations meet NEC codes, local regulations, and safety standards
  • Conduct on-site inspections and quality control checks throughout all phases of work
  • Manage material inventory, tool allocation, and equipment on the job site
  • Mentor and train apprentice and journeyman electricians
  • Maintain accurate daily logs, progress reports, and documentation
Requirements:
  • Valid Texas Electrical Journeyman or Master Electrician license required
  • 5+ years of electrical experience with at least 1-2 years in a foreman or supervisory role
  • Strong knowledge of NEC codes and local electrical regulations
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a crew
  • OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
