To address this, many instructors use differentiated instruction techniques, such as offering supplemental resources or flexible assignments, to ensure all students stay engaged and are able to progress. Additionally, instructors frequently collaborate with other educators or participate in professional development to stay updated on best practices and emerging technologies, which helps them effectively support their students.
