???? Pay: $40-50/HR

Location -Remote

Are you a detail-oriented Inpatient Coding Specialist with expertise in ICD-10-CM/PCS, MS-DRG/APR-DRG, and medical record abstraction? Join a leading healthcare organization where your coding expertise directly impacts patient care and revenue integrity.

What You'll Do
  • Review inpatient medical records and assign accurate ICD-10-CM/PCS codes

  • Ensure compliant MS-DRG/APR-DRG assignment and documentation

  • Collaborate with Clinical Documentation Specialists and providers

  • Maintain quality, productivity, and coding compliance standards

  • Work with Epic, 3M Encoder, 3M Audit Expert, and other coding tools

What We're Looking For

โœ” High School Diploma or GED
โœ” Strong inpatient coding experience
โœ” Knowledge of ICD-10-CM/PCS, MS-DRG/APR-DRG, CMS, CCI, and coding guidelines
โœ” Ability to pass the required Coder Proficiency Exam
โœ” Excellent analytical, communication, and time management skills

Pay Details: $40.00 to $50.00 per hour
