Role: Test Analyst - Coded UI Automation
Duration: Full Time
Location: Los Angeles, CA

Qualifications
Basic

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
At least 2 years of experience with Information Technology.
Preferred
Strong communication skills with both written & spoken and experience in interacting with various client stakeholders.
Should have strong coded UI Automation skills, having selenium work experience will help
Experience in offshore - onsite model and Team management skills
2-3yrs Experience in leading a test team and ability to manage onsite-offshore teams
To understand the scope, requirements and create the Test Strategy, Test Plan documents. Review the test cases prepared by teams and get signoff from client.
Experience in Requirement analysis, Test cases design &Test Execution
Should have experience in Functional , Integration testing, System integration , Regression testing and Database testing,
Should have good knowledge in SQL scripting at least 2+ years of experience in PL/SQL
Experience in executing projects in Agile and waterfall methodology.
Experience in test management tools like TFS, HP ALM etc.
Experience in Automation tools such as .Net
To track the Project /Test execution status by preparing daily/Weekly status report with detailed Metrics, detailed pass/fail percentages and the Bug list with priority etc.
Attend/Conduct defect triage calls with stakeholders and lead from the front.
Experience in automation testing.
Strong Knowledge or experience in C#, .Net, Coded UI
Education domain experience
