What does a Field Sales Manager do at Swire Coca-Cola?
Leads a team that promotes and develops Coca Cola brands within field level accounts.
Responsibilities:
  • Achieve volume targets for channel of business
  • Achieve performance profit targets
  • Train and develop account management team
  • Manage and control expense budgets (human capital, products, waste and break)

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma (or GED) required or equivalent required
  • Valid driver's license required and Vehicle required
  • 4+ years experience in beverage, food or equivalent industry required
  • 2+ years previous experience in leadership role required
  • 2+ years merchandising or product delivery experience required or successfully completed Fast Forward Program (Internal trainee program) required
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook

Base pay range is $65,827 to $86,398 plus bonus structure (dependent on role). Pay offered will depend on candidate's geographic location, prior relevant experience, knowledge, skills, & abilities.
