This role partners with key internal and external stakeholders to maximize market activation, drives successful activation of programs and initiatives to achieve targeted value and growth objectives. About the Role

The Freestyle Senior Director of Marketing is responsible for the strategy and execution of the Coca-Cola Freestyle Marketing including brand strategy, social strategy, visual identity, on dispenser content, etc. Partnering and collaborating closely with the category teams, customer teams, marketing agencies and R&D. The Freestyle Marketing Senior Director plays a key role in driving excitement and passion for the Coca-Cola Freestyle platform, crafting and telling the Why Freestyle story, while also driving incremental value for customers and consumers.

  • Set the marketing strategy vision balancing long-term and short-term actions to deliver on ambitious business goals.
  • Steward and champion Freestyle in new and exciting ways to ensure marketing plans are implemented, monitored, and evaluated in line with brand strategies.
  • Steward Coca-Cola Freestyle performance leveraging first and third-party data sources.
  • Help craft and tell the Why Freestyle story for internal, trade, and customer-facing audiences.
  • Partner with Marketing Team on dispenser and user experience innovation strategies in close collaboration with R&D and Engineering and Content Management teams.
  • Responsible for hiring and leading outside agencies focused on delivering high quality consumer experiences that drive trial and awareness, as well as brand love/loyalty in a different way that break the traditional molds.
  • Lead strategic partner with our Top 10 Foodservice customers.
  • Collaborate with Foodservice and On-premise organization to prioritize needs and deliver
    customer selling and activation resources to drive new outlet placements, same store sales growth, and operational efficiency.
  • Lead implementation of integrated marketing communications and support asset activation plans by coordinating internal and external functions.
  • Develop and communicate written briefs for use by agencies (ex.creative, advertising, packaging, consumer promotions, etc.) driving trial, increasing loyalty. Partner with Marketing Team on creative activation work relevant to asset or market activation.
  • Owns annual marketing budget planning and allocation
