Job description

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, maintain, and improve manufacturing work instructions, AWIs, OSOPs, and planning documentation.
  • Develop procedures and operation sequences for assembly, disassembly, soldering, component installation/removal, coating, and material preparation.
  • Apply LEAN principles to improve manufacturing processes, efficiency, ergonomics, and operator effectiveness.
  • Develop procedures for manufacturing tools, equipment, and fixtures.
  • Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and design teams to improve processes and product performance.
  • Maintain compliance with safety, quality, and product requirements.
  • Support audits and promote a culture of 100% quality.

Required Skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • Manufacturing, production, or electronics experience.
  • Experience creating detailed work instructions and using MES systems.
  • Experience with CAD or other visual-aid tools.
  • Technical knowledge in electronics or manufacturing.
  • Background in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Computer Science, or Industrial Engineering.

Experience & Education

  • Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience.
  • Associate's degree or equivalent four years of professional experience.
