What We Offer You:$33.64 per hourWork on 2nd Shift, with a 3 percent shift differential, or 3rd shift with a 5 percent shift differentialEssential Job Functions:Set up and adjust equipment to meet specificationsMix tote tanks of coatings, add solvents, maintain viscosity, and wash up as neededConduct quality checks and reacts appropriately to the resultsOperate in-plant mobile equipment, such as lift trucks, to move material to and from storage areasJob Requirements:Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skillsProficient with hand toolsGood understanding of general workplace hazards and knowledge of proper safety practices in a high-speed manufacturing environmentExperience/Education:High School Diploma or equivalentStrongly prefer at least two years of prior manufacturing experienceProven experience as a Coater Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environmentStrong knowledge of lacquer types, application methods, and finishing techniquesFamiliar with the use of hand and power tools used on the jobPhysical RequirementAbility to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods of timeLIMITATIONS AND DISCLAIMERThe above job description is meant to describe the general nature and level of work being performed; it is not intended to be construed as an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, duties and skills required for the position.All job requirements are subject to possible modification to reasonably accommodate individuals with disabilities.
