Job description

Utility Coater Operator
Automation Personnel Services is looking for a skilled Utility Coater Operator for a company based in Dalton, Ga. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work for a company that prioritizes employees, encourages professional growth, and fosters a positive team-oriented environment.

Pay Rate
$15.00 per hour

Schedule and Hours
Monday through Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm OT required

Utility Coater Operator Duties and Responsibilities
  • Operate and assist with coater machinery in a fast-paced warehouse/manufacturing environment
  • Monitor coating lines to ensure product quality and production standards are met
  • Perform material handling duties, including loading, unloading, and transporting materials throughout the facility
  • Conduct basic machine adjustments, troubleshooting, and routine equipment maintenance as needed
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment while following all company safety procedures and production guidelines
Utility Coater Operator Qualifications and Requirements
  • Previous coater operator or utility worker experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred
  • Must have pole nyster experience
  • Ability to safely operate machinery and follow production procedures with attention to detail
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs., stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks
  • Dependable attendance, strong work ethic, and willingness to work overtime as needed
  • Well rounded experience in warehouse setting.
