Job description

Are you looking for a position that will jumpstart your career in EMS? Look no further! Coastal Medical Transportation Systems is currently seeking Transit Drivers of all experience levels to join our growing team! No CDL required. $500 sign on bonus for full-time Transit Drivers!

Under the direction of the CMTS leadership team and supervisory staff, transit / wheelchair vehicle drivers will provide safe and efficient transport of ambulatory and wheelchair customers. They will respond to requests for transport of patients between healthcare facilities and other locations.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma, GED, or other equivalent.
  • Current BLS / CPR healthcare provider level certification (or willing to obtain one)

  • Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing; ability to understand and carry out verbal and written instructions using the English language.
  • Must be able to lift more than 75 pounds
