Join an Established Remote Sales Team
Kramer Media is a well-established coaching company with over 15 years of success. We partner with respected brands in the relationship, health, and personal development industries, connecting qualified clients with coaching programs that help them achieve meaningful results.

We're looking for motivated sales professionals who enjoy consultative conversations, thrive in a structured environment, and want a steady flow of qualified appointments instead of spending time prospecting.
If you're looking for a remote closing position where you can focus on selling—not finding leads—this could be an excellent fit.

What You'll Do
As a Remote Sales Consultant, you'll meet with qualified prospects who have already booked appointments after expressing interest in one of our coaching programs.

Your role is to:

  • Conduct scheduled Zoom sales consultations
  • Build rapport and uncover each prospect's goals
  • Follow a proven sales framework
  • Recommend the appropriate coaching program when it's a good fit
  • Maintain accurate CRM notes and follow established processes
  • Participate in ongoing coaching and call reviews

You'll represent our partner brands professionally while receiving continuous support from an experienced leadership team.

What You'll Sell

  • Premium coaching programs
  • Average investment: $4,900
  • Flexible payment options available
  • Industries include relationships, health, and personal development

What We Offer

  • Qualified inbound appointments provided daily
  • No cold calling
  • No lead generation
  • No appointment setting
  • Proven sales process and scripts
  • Comprehensive onboarding program
  • Weekly coaching and performance feedback
  • Fully remote position
  • Flexible work environment
  • Long-term opportunity with an established company

Compensation

This is a commission-based position with significant earning potential.

  • 10% commission on every sale
  • Typical earnings: $10,000-$20,000+ per month
  • Monthly performance bonuses ranging from $2,000-$10,000
  • Unlimited earning potential
  • Monthly payouts based on collected revenue

Top performers consistently earn well into five figures each month.

We're Looking For Someone Who

  • Has at least 3 months of phone or Zoom sales experience
  • Communicates confidently and professionally
  • Is coachable and eager to improve
  • Can follow established systems and processes
  • Is dependable, organized, and self-motivated
  • Is comfortable using CRMs and online collaboration tools
  • Is available full-time (40 hours per week)

You'll Enjoy This Role If You...

  • Prefer warm conversations over cold outreach
  • Want appointments already on your calendar
  • Like having clear expectations and proven systems
  • Enjoy helping people make important decisions
  • Want consistent coaching to improve your results
  • Are looking for a long-term remote sales opportunity
