Job description

What We Need

Corpay is currently looking to hire a Senior Manager of Portfolio & Program Management within our Corpay Prepaid organization. As the Senior Manager of Portfolio & Program Management, you will provide portfolio-level project and program management across the Prepaid organization, improving execution visibility, dependency management, cross-functional communication, and delivery discipline across multiple concurrent initiatives — including customer-facing applications, product launches, operational transformations, bank conversions, and strategic growth initiatives. You will partner directly with the Prepaid leadership team, own and run the portfolio, build executive-level reporting, drive accountability across teams, and help leadership scale execution capacity. This role serves across multiple lines of business and products and requires the ability to engage confidently with senior leadership. This is not a project coordinator role.

How We Work #LI-TB1

As a Senior Manager of Portfolio & Program Management, you will be expected to work in a hybrid environment. Corpay will set you up for success by providing:

  • Assigned workspace in Brentwood, TN
  • Company-issued equipment + remote access
  • Formal, hands-on training

Role Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Owning a portfolio of strategic initiatives across Product, Technology, Operations, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Implementations.
  • Building and maintaining portfolio-level visibility across all active projects.
  • Identifying, documenting, and managing cross-functional dependencies, risks, decisions, and milestones.
  • Establishing and maintaining project governance, reporting cadence, and accountability structures.
  • Driving projects from concept through execution with clear ownership and measurable outcomes.
  • Creating executive-ready reporting, dashboards, status updates, presentations, and decision materials.
  • Building executive-level PowerPoint presentations for leadership reviews, board-level discussions, strategic planning sessions, and operational reviews.
  • Translating complex operational and technical information into concise executive summaries and recommendations.
  • Establishing repeatable processes and reporting standards that improve communication discipline and reduce reliance on tribal knowledge.
  • Facilitating cross-functional meetings, action tracking, decision management, and follow-up activities.
  • Identifying bottlenecks and proactively removing barriers to execution.
  • Owning portfolio management processes using Asana, Monday.com, and related tools, and standardizing project workflows, status reporting, milestone tracking, and dependency management.
  • Supporting process transformation initiatives focused on scalability, automation, and operational excellence.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of project, program, portfolio, operations, consulting, technology, or transformation experience; experience in technology, innovation, or payments is a plus.
  • Proven track record of owning multiple complex initiatives simultaneously and delivering measurable outcomes.
  • Advanced PowerPoint skills with a demonstrated ability to create executive-level presentations.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Strong ability to navigate complex, fast-paced organizations and work across many cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency with portfolio/project management platforms (Asana, Monday.com) and reporting/analytics tools.
  • Creative thinking with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and player-coach orientation, comfortable rolling up sleeves in Excel, PowerPoint, and day-to-day execution.

Benefits & Perks

  • Medical, Dental & Vision benefits available the 1st month after hire
  • Automatic enrollment into our 401(k) plan (subject to eligibility requirements)
  • Virtual fitness classes offered company-wide
  • Robust PTO offerings including: major holidays, vacation, sick, personal, & volunteer time
  • Employee discounts with major providers (i.e. wireless, gym, car rental, etc.)
  • Philanthropic support with both local and national organizations
  • Fun culture with company-wide contests and prizes
