 We're currently looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will supervise our team of Warehouse Associates and assist them with ensuring that the right product is delivered on-time with superior accuracy. You will report to & coordinate with the Branch Manager on maintaining operational efficiencies and ensuring compliance with safety regulations in a distribution environment.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead, train, and coach Warehouse Associates.
  • Assist in resolving any customer or team related issues.
  • Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (pick, load, pack, wrap, label, ship).
  • Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to organizational standards.
  • Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store) and complete cycle counts.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Follow quality service standards and comply with company procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Other duties as assigned.

THE MOST QUALIFIED CANDIDATES WILL HAVE:

  • Previous warehouse experience
  • Previous experience in a leadership role
  • Experience operating a forklift

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs, occasionally up to 70 lbs
  • Must be able to frequently stand, twist, bend, and lift
  • Excellent communication skills including verbal, written, and interpersonal are required
  • Work effectively & efficiently independently or as part of a team
  • Physically capable & willing to operate a forklift (we will provide training)
  • Proficient use of a computer
