Job Description:
The A&F Co. Human Resources team is dedicated to identifying, acquiring, and retaining the best and brightest within the retail industry and beyond. In addition to supporting our associates at the Global Home Office and around the world, our team is focused on making A&F a place where people can continually develop and grow as inclusive leaders. The Recruiting team is a core strategic driver of A&F's future success. This role will be supporting the A&F Co. Recruiting team.
This job is located at our Global Home Office in Columbus, Ohio.
What Will You Be Doing?
  • Support and manage logistics and operations for the Recruiting team including calendar invites, candidate interviews, recruiting events, room blocking, candidate gifting, etc.

  • Collaborate with team to build strategic itineraries, calendar invites, and complex schedules

  • Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships internally with Global Home Office associates, as well as external partners

  • Coordinate travel, including booking travel and accommodations, scheduling key business partners for meetings and preparing necessary paperwork and supplies

  • Promote A&F Co. culture and values through high-quality candidate and associate interactions via email and in-person

  • Appropriately handle sensitive issues daily, always maintaining confidentiality for associates and candidates

  • Assist with administrative financial management needs of the department including budget reporting, purchase orders, and vendor management

  • Contribute to team objectives by accomplishing related tasks and ad hoc projects

  • Create and collaborate with team to build and ship candidate & partner gifting

  • Demonstrate close associate connectivity through learning, observation, and research

What Do You Need To Bring?
  • Bachelor's Degree or related experience

  • Attention to detail and accuracy are critical

  • Exceptional calendar and time management skills

  • Planning and organizational skills; capable of multi-tasking across several projects

  • Proven ability to maintain a high volume of work with quality and speed

  • Ability to communicate effectively with leaders at all levels

  • Proficiency in MS Office and Excel

  • Ability to navigate multiple technology platforms to support candidate movement, interview scheduling, assessments, and recruiting operations with accuracy and efficiency

  • Strong ability to thrive in team-based settings and a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional partners

  • Successful track record in building and maintaining relationships
