MacroManagement Practice Guidance is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented individual to assist our finance team with entering invoices into QuickBooks.

This is a part-time position requiring approximately one day per week. The specific day is flexible, making this an excellent opportunity for an accounting or business student, co-op participant, or someone seeking consistent part-time work and hands-on experience in a professional business environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Enter vendor invoices accurately and efficiently into QuickBooks

  • Review invoice information for completeness and accuracy

  • Properly categorize expenses and maintain organized records

  • Communicate with the finance team regarding missing or unclear information

  • Handle financial and business information with confidentiality

Schedule:
