Reporting to the Warehouse and Logistics Team Leader, responsibilities for this position include the following:
Demonstrate the behaviors and actions to support Lake Country Co-operative's vision, mission, and safety principles to make a difference in members lives, with a strong customer focused approach.
Provide Legendary Service at all touch points through various communication channels.
Load and unload merchandise and maintain cleanliness and order of merchandise in the yard.
Fill orders, receive freight, deliver, and unload product, preform inventory counts.
Build positive relationships with the yard, desk, and leadership teams.
Perform customer carry-out service and product assembly as assigned.
Complete required paperwork base on department standards.
Support and follow Asset Protection and Safety Management systems, policies, and procedures.
Perform all other duties as assigned.

Who You Are:
You are looking for a career in Home & Building Products and Customer Service and meet the following:
Previous work experience in a home centre location or building materials industry.
Well organized and capable of attaining a high level of production, with a minimum amount of supervision.
Honest and trustworthy, are results-oriented, and strive to be the best in what you do.
Ability to work in a fast paced, guest facing environment.
Carry a valid Class 5 driver's license, a 1A or 3A license would be considered assets.
Able to fulfill physical job requirements including heavy lifting and carrying.
Willing and able to obtain forklift certification.
Flexible work schedule including weekends, and holidays.
