Why is Gen Z struggling to get jobs?

Gen Z faces challenges in securing jobs due to high competition, limited work experience, and employers' preference for candidates with more established skills. Additionally, economic factors and changing hiring practices impact their employment opportunities.

How do part-time and full-time positions typically differ in terms of responsibilities and opportunities for advancement?

Full-time positions are more likely to offer benefits, structured career development, and clear advancement pathways within the organization. However, some companies do offer flexible career growth opportunities to high-performing part-time staff, especially if they express interest in transitioning to full-time roles. Both work arrangements require effective collaboration with team members, but full-time employees may be more involved in cross-departmental projects and decision-making processes.
