Job description

Position Title: Front Desk Receptionist
The Front Desk Receptionist plays a crucial role in ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for patients. This position requires a bilingual individual who excels in customer service and is adept at handling sensitive health information with discretion. The receptionist will be responsible for managing patient interactions, maintaining the electronic medical record system, and ensuring the clinic operates smoothly. Candidates should be prepared to work in a dynamic setting that serves a diverse community, where professionalism and reliability are paramount. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to a growing nonprofit organization that values employee development and community impact.
Salary Range: $50,000 / Year DOE
Front Desk Receptionist Responsibilities:
  • Greet patients and ensure a positive first impression
  • Manage electronic medical records and documentation
  • Handle patient check-ins and check-outs efficiently
  • Schedule follow-up appointments and remind patients of upcoming visits
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including consent forms and metro card distribution
  • Open or close the clinic as needed

Front Desk Receptionist Requirements:
