Position: Front Desk Receptionist
Facility: Arnold Walter Nursing and Rehabilitation Center
Location: Holmdel, New Jersey
Schedule: PRN (As Needed)
Shifts: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM or 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Pay Rate: $15.92 per hour

Arnold Walter Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Front Desk Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for visitors, residents, and staff. This role is essential in creating a welcoming environment while ensuring smooth day-to-day front desk operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist visitors, residents, and staff in a warm and professional manner

  • Answer and direct incoming calls using a multi-line phone system and take accurate messages

  • Monitor and maintain a visitor log for individuals entering and exiting the facility

  • Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and faxing

  • Sort and distribute incoming mail and deliveries
