Job description

Sims-Lohman is hiring CNC Saw Operator with manufacturing experience at our granite fabrication facility in Canton, Ohio. We currently have 1st shift available. Shift hours are 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday with overtime as needed.

Responsibilities include:

- Operate Water Jet Saw fabrication machinery to cut granite and quartz counter tops.

- Operate overhead crane and occasionally use forklift to empty hopper

- Verify quality of finished countertops by inspecting them, comparing them to templates or measuring their dimensions

Qualifications

- 1+ years' experience operating manufacturing machinery such as CNC, industrial saws, and other equipment

- 1+ years' experience using overhead cranes and forklifts; this is not a forklift position.

- Ability to read shop drawings and use a tape measure

- Ability to work with heavyweight

- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen; No Background Check Required.

- Ability to work standard shift, and overtime as needed
