Pay Range: $20 - $30 per hour + 10% Shift Premium
Work Hours: 3rd Shift – 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM, Sunday through Thursday

Dixon Quick Coupling, a proud division of The Dixon Group, is hiring highly motivated and detail-oriented CNC Operators to join our dynamic team in Dallas, NC! This is a fantastic opportunity to work with state-of-the-art machinery in a collaborative environment.
The role involves operating CNC (Computer Numerical Controlled) mills and lathes to produce precision metal components and inspecting products to ensure they meet all drawing specifications. Ideal candidates will be able to confidently read and interpret blueprints, use measuring instruments like calipers and micrometers, and proactively recognize and adjust for any machining issues. If you have proven CNC experience and a strong eye for detail, we encourage you to apply!
