Job description

Eagle Metalcraft is looking for a highly skilled Sheet Metal Fabrication Technician with strong CNC programming experience to support our precision manufacturing operations. This role will focus on programming and operating advanced fabrication equipment, including laser cutting, punching, forming, and hardware installation systems. The ideal candidate brings hands-on expertise with industry-leading machinery and CAD/CAM software, along with a commitment to quality and efficiency.

Typical Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00 am - 2:30 pm with OT as required


  • Program and operate an LVD 6kW Puma fiber laser using Cadman software
  • Create, edit, and optimize CNC programs for a Trumpf punch press
  • Program and operate a Trumpf TruBend press brake using Boost software
  • Set up and operate Amada press brakes for forming operations
  • Operate Haeger hardware insertion machines for installation of fasteners and hardware
  • Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD files to ensure accurate part production
  • Set up machines, tooling, and materials for production runs
  • Monitor production processes and perform in-process and final quality inspections
  • Troubleshoot programming or machine issues and implement corrective actions
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve workflows and reduce waste
  • Maintain equipment and ensure a safe, organized work environment
