Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled CNC Press Brake Operator to set up and operate CNC press brake equipment to bend and form precision metal parts according to blueprints and customer specifications. The ideal candidate has experience with machine setup, tooling changes, blueprint reading, quality inspections, and maintaining tight tolerances in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate CNC press brake machines
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
  • Install tooling, dies, and adjust machine settings for accurate production
  • Modify CNC programs and machine parameters as needed
  • Inspect parts using calipers, tape measures, angle gauges, and other precision measuring tools
  • Troubleshoot machine, tooling, and quality issues
  • Record production data in the ERP system
  • Perform routine machine inspections and basic preventive maintenance
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area while following all safety procedures

Qualifications
