Press Brake Operator — CNC/Manual | Chester Springs, PA

Are you an experienced Press Brake Operator looking for a stable opportunity with a well-established manufacturer? We are hiring an advanced Press Brake Operator in Chester Springs, PA.

What You'll Do:

  • Set up and operate both manual and CNC press brake machines
  • Load CNC programs and adjust machine parameters
  • Troubleshoot machine and process-level issues independently
  • Perform basic maintenance and ensure quality of finished parts
  • Read and interpret blueprints and run to print dimensions

What We're Looking For:

  • Manual and CNC press brake setup and operation — required
  • Advanced troubleshooting capability at machine and process level
  • Blueprint reading — must set up and run to specification
  • CNC programming experience — preferred
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • High School Diploma or GED required
