Job description

Integrated Magnetics is seeking a skilled CNC Mill Machinist to operate and maintain CNC milling machines for the production of precision components. The CNC Mill Machinist will be responsible for setting up machines, programming, and producing high-quality parts that meet strict specifications. This position is essential to our commitment to providing exceptional custom-engineered solutions to the military, government, aerospace, semiconductor, and medical industries.

Responsibilities include reading and interpreting engineering drawings, programming and operating CNC milling equipment, monitoring machine performance, performing quality inspections, and maintaining a clean and safe workspace.

Shift options include First Shift from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM and Second Shift from 3:30 PM to 11:30 PM, with hourly rates reflecting experience.

Hourly rates range from $35 per hour up to $45 per hour.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certification in CNC machining is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a CNC Mill Machinist or in a similar role.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and machining specifications.
  • Proficiency in programming CNC mill machines and using precision measuring instruments.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently while adhering to safety protocols.
  • Flexibility to work different shifts as required.
