Team360 Staffing is hiring CNC Mill Machine Operators in Santa Clara, CA.
Pay: $23–$28 per hour (DOE)
Shift Available:
• Swing Shift: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM
Location: Santa Clara, CA

Job Overview
Team360 Staffing is currently hiring CNC Mill Machine Operators for a manufacturing facility in Santa Clara. The ideal candidate has hands-on machine shop experience operating CNC mills and is comfortable using precision measuring tools to ensure parts meet quality standards.
Responsibilities
Operate CNC milling machines to produce parts according to specifications
Monitor machine performance and make basic adjustments when needed
Perform in-process inspections using micrometers, calipers, and pin gauges
Read and interpret blueprints and technical instructions
Perform deburring and finishing tasks on machined parts
Maintain accurate production records
Keep work area clean, organized, and safe
Follow safety procedures and production schedules
Requirements
1–2 years of CNC Mill operating experience in a manufacturing or machine shop environment
Hands-on shop experience required (school training alone is not sufficient)
Experience operating CNC Mills (not CNC Lathes)
Ability to use micrometers, calipers, and pin gauges
Basic math skills and ability to read blueprints
Strong attention to detail and quality
Education
High School Diploma or GED preferred
