Action Tool & Machine is currently seeking a skilled CNC mill programmer and operator with a great attitude and strong work ethic to join our team. Our ideal candidate is an experienced self-motivated individual. This is a 1st shift position working 40-50 hours a week. We provide competitive pay based on experience and an excellent benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401K, paid vacation, and flex time.
Qualified candidates will be responsible for:

  • Programming, set up, manufacturing and verifying parts to blueprint specifications.
  • Utilizing manual G-Code and Mastercam software.
  • Maintaining equipment.
