Position: CNC Machinist

Madison Concept Tool & Engineering, LLC

Location: North Vernon, IN/Madison, IN

Full-Time: 6am - 3pm


Job Overview:


We are seeking a detail-oriented CNC Machinist to support the production of injection molded components and tooling for plastic injection molds. This role involves setting up, programming, and operating CNC equipment to manufacture high-quality parts that meet tight tolerance and quality standards.


Key Responsibilities:


Set up, program, and operate CNC mills, lathes, and related machining equipment

Machine mold components and tooling used in plastic injection molds

Read and interpret blueprints, CAD drawings, and job specifications

Select appropriate tooling, fixtures, and machining methods

Monitor machining processes to ensure dimensional accuracy and surface finish

Perform in-process inspections and make necessary offsets or adjustments

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
