Job description

  • Proper setup of existing jobs including but not limited to the proper installation of the tooling, material, setting approved process parameters, and general readiness of the job. Insuring the robustness of these setups.
  • Responsible for obtaining 1st piece approval, following the departments "Frist Article Inspection' Process.
  • Effectively & efficiently use quality measuring tools. (Example; Micrometers, Tape Measure)
  • Effectively & efficiently use hand tools. (Example; Allen Wrenches, Adjustable Wrenches, Screwdrivers.
  • Ability to follow provided set-up instructions, based on daily assignments.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly work place in accordance with the departments' 5S policies.
  • Responsible to follow all company policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Working knowledge of all Set-up requirements for production equipment and processes.
  • Strong reasoning ability, able to analyze problems.
  • Excellent attendance
