CNC Machine Operator (4x10 Shifts) Location: Windsor, CT Schedule: 4 days a week / 10 hours a day (4x10) Compensation: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour (depending on experience) Overview Are you a skilled Milling/CNC Machinist looking to take your career to the next level? Are you interested in working four 10-hour shifts and enjoying three consecutive days off every week? Join our dynamic team in Windsor, CT, where innovation meets precision. We currently have openings for the following 4x10 shift schedules:

  • Shift Option 1: Sunday through Wednesday
  • Shift Option 2: Wednesday through Saturday In this role, you will be responsible for operating and programming CNC machines to produce high-quality components that meet our clients' exact specifications.
