# Burn Table Operator / Fabricator
**Schedule:** MondayThursday, 7:00 AM 4:30 PM
**Mandatory Overtime:** Fridays as needed
**Pay:** Starting at **$19.50/hour** (Based on Experience)
We are seeking a dependable **Burn Table Operator/Fabricator** to join our manufacturing team. This position is responsible for operating CNC plasma, laser, or torch burn table equipment to cut metal components while also performing fabrication duties to prepare, assemble, and finish parts according to engineering drawings and production specifications.
### Essential Responsibilities
* Set up and operate CNC plasma, laser, or torch burn table equipment.
* Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders.
* Measure, mark, and cut steel and other metals to precise specifications.
* Fabricate, fit, grind, and prepare metal components for welding and assembly.
* Use hand tools, power tools, grinders, saws, and other fabrication equipment.
* Load and unload raw materials and finished parts safely.
* Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
* Perform routine machine maintenance and report equipment issues.
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
* Follow all company safety policies and wear required PPE.
* Assist with other fabrication and production duties as assigned.
### Preferred Skills & Qualifications
* Previous experience operating CNC plasma, laser, or torch cutting equipment.
* Fabrication experience in a manufacturing or metal shop environment.
* Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings.
* Experience using measuring tools such as tape measures, calipers, squares, and micrometers.
* Knowledge of metal fabrication processes, materials, and cutting techniques.
* Experience with grinding, fitting, drilling, and preparing parts for welding.
* Mechanical aptitude and strong troubleshooting skills.
* Forklift or overhead crane experience is a plus.
