Job Title: Maintenance Apprentice

Job Description

The Maintenance Apprentice helps keep production equipment running safely and efficiently. This role supports the maintenance team by assisting with equipment repairs, learning troubleshooting skills, and helping ensure machines stay in good working condition. The position is important for meeting production goals and maintaining a smooth workflow on the manufacturing floor.

Responsibilities

Work Environment

This position is located in a manufacturing facility working directly with production machinery. You’ll work with mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, CNC, PLC, robotic, and vacuum systems using standard hand tools and maintenance equipment.

Shifts are Monday–Friday with openings on:

  • 2nd shift: ~3:00 p.m.–10:30 p.m.
  • 3rd shift: ~10:00 p.m.–6:30 a.m.
  • Shift differentials apply.

The facility emphasizes safety, cleanliness, and organization. Employees also have access to on‑site wellness amenities such as a gym.
