Join our aerospace and defense machine shop in Brownsburg, Indiana. We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist focused on setup, operation, and producing high-quality precision parts.
What Youโ€™ll Do

  • ย Set up and operate CNC mills and lathesย 
  • ย Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawingsย 
  • ย Run established programs and maintain part qualityย 
  • ย Make minor offsets and basic program edits as neededย 
  • ย Select tooling and support efficient setupsย 
  • ย Assist with fixturing and workholdingย 
  • ย Perform in-process and final inspectionsย 
  • ย Follow quality procedures and maintain documentationย 
Required Qualifications

  • ย 5+ years CNC machining experienceย 
  • ย Strong setup and operation skillsย 
  • ย Blueprint reading and tolerance controlย 
  • ย Understanding of tooling, speeds, and feedsย 
  • ย Reliable, detail-oriented, and consistentย 
Preferred Qualifications
