Tecomet is growing its machining team in Warsaw, IN and is seeking dependable CNC Machinist I operators to support production in its precision manufacturing facility. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with production or entry-level CNC experience who want to build a long-term career in advanced manufacturing.

You’ll gain hands-on experience running CNC equipment in a structured, quality-driven environment with opportunities to advance into CNC Machinist II and III roles.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Operate CNC machines within specified tolerances
  • Follow work instructions, engineering drawings, and machine programs
  • Change worn tooling and make minor offset adjustments
  • Perform in-process inspections using precision measuring tools
  • Complete job routers, documentation, and production logs
  • Perform basic preventative maintenance per daily checklists
  • Support GMP/GDP compliance standards
  • Maintain 5S and safe working practices
  • Identify and escalate production or quality issues as needed
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives
