Position Summary:
The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is responsible for providing direct care to residents, assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), and supporting the nursing team in maintaining residents' health and well-being.   • Health Monitoring:

  • Assist with medication reminders and basic healthcare tasks under the supervision of licensed staff.
  • Resident Engagement:
  • Foster meaningful relationships with residents through companionship and supportive care.
  • Encourage participation in activities and programs to promote social interaction and mental well-being.
  • Safety & Compliance:
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for residents.
  • Follow infection control protocols and safety procedures in compliance with healthcare regulations.

Qualifications:
  • Education:
    • High school diploma or GED required.
    • Completion of a state-approved CNA training program.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare, senior living, or long-term care setting preferred.
