Pay Progression:

  • $16/hr- Start as a Resident Care Assistant
  • $17/hr- After completing CNA training

Our Resident Care Assistants (RCAs) play an important role in the daily life of our residents. Whether it's help getting ready for the day, at mealtime, or bedtime, our longstanding team is ready to make sure each of our residents enjoy the opportunities that living at our facility presents each day. The primary purpose of this position is to provide residents with routine daily care and assisting with direct resident care duties and indirect resident care duties, as directed by the Charge Nurse or Certified Nursing Assistants.
