Responsibilities
TikTok LIVE Creator Networks (CNs) are agency partners that collaborate with the platform to recruit, train, manage, and grow LIVE creators, helping them monetize content and expand their audiences on TikTok LIVE. Creator Network Managers serve as strategic business partners to these agencies, coaching them to innovate, scale their operations, and increase the value they deliver to the platform. Key Responsibilities: 1. Strategic CN Management - Own revenue growth and quality metrics for assigned CNs on a monthly and quarterly basis. - Build trust-based working relationships with managed CNs. Develop a deep understanding of each CN's strengths, weaknesses, performance status, and operational structure; create CN profiles and case studies for internal knowledge sharing. - Conduct regular business planning and review sessions to ensure CN goals are aligned with platform objectives, operations are on track, and targets are achieved. Organize recurring management touch points - such as Quarterly Business Reviews, Monthly Business Reviews, weekly check-ins, and in-person co-working sessions - to drive continuous operational improvement. - Develop strong expertise in CN operational best practices based on the RICHA model. Master internal data portals and tools to generate insights, identify coaching opportunities, and define targeted improvement actions. - Design performance incentives and leverage internal resources to systematically drive CN milestone achievements and quality improvements. Deliver go-to-market education on CN and platform campaigns to ensure strong participation and measurable results. - Proactively research CN business model best practices across the US+ and other global regions. Translate insights into practical guidance and case studies to improve CN performance. 2. CN Support and Troubleshooting - Establish an issue intake and ticketing process for CN support requests. Prioritize issues based on urgency and impact, and ensure timely resolution. - Identify recurring CN issues and develop SOPs to enable faster, more efficient solutions. - Serve as a liaison between CNs and POCs of central teams by consolidating CN feedback and requests regarding platform tools, product features, and policies, and clearly communicating needs and proposed solutions. 3. Special Project Management - Participate in high-impact special projects initiated by the CN team and cross-functional partners that affect CN operational outcomes. Take ownership of project execution and delivery quality. - Coordinate with different team members and stakeholders of the project and ensure smooth collaboration within the project team. - Prepare project plans, track milestones and progress, and produce post-project recap reports.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or above, with 2+ years of experience in external-facing roles such as account management, sales, or business development. - Experience owning revenue KPIs and/or OKRs and core business targets. - Strong strategic communication skills, with the ability to influence decisions through clear, persuasive arguments and effective negotiation. - Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making; comfortable using dashboards and data tools for analysis and insights. - Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability in a professional environment. Preferred Qualifications: - Deep passion for TikTok, mobile entertainment, social media, and popular culture - Creative mindset and thought process that's focused on driving business parameters forward - Experience in the live streaming space and understanding of live streaming trends

[For Pay Transparency]Compensation Description (Annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $93600 - $220400 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
