Job Description

As Analyst, Sales Process & Enablementfor North America Commercial and Money Movement Solutions (CMS), you will support execution of sales processes that improve deal velocity, deal quality, and standardization across the CMS portfolio. You will help maintain sales workflows, reporting, documentation, and operational activities that support the sales lifecycle-from lead generation and pipeline management through deal execution and launch readiness.
You will work closely with Sales, Deal Finance, Product, and Legal to ensure deal information, process documentation, and operational data are accurate, complete, and aligned with established frameworks. This role is responsible for supporting process governance, maintaining sales tools and resources, and providing analytical insights that help identify opportunities for process improvement.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive, with strong organizational skills and a desire to learn, solve problems, and contribute to improving sales effectiveness and operational excellence.

Visa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)

Preferred Qualifications:

3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)

3+years experiencein strategy, operations, sales enablement, or consulting

2+ years of experience in business management, analytics, strategy, operations, or finance within a complex, matrixed organization.

Demonstrated ability to support delivery of operational goals through strong execution, organization, and attention to detail.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Experience working within established operating rhythms, governance processes, and prioritization frameworks.



Information for US Applicants

For roles located in the US, the estimated salary range for this position is $94,400 to $163,000 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.Visa has a comprehensive benefits package for which this position may be eligible that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Wellness Program.
