  • Have the freedom to work a full-time (40 hours) or part-time schedule (20-29 hours). Our operating hours are Monday through Friday only from 8:00AM to 5:30PM. No late nights or weekends!
  • Benefits package for full-time employees includes paid vacation as well as elective medical, vision, dental, life and 401k after required employment periods
  • We are centrally located in Brea with close access from the 55, 57 & 91 freeways.

Job Description
What's my role?
  • Primarily making outbound calls and receiving inbound calls from patients and/or responsible parties
  • Troubleshooting situations and overcome objections to payment utilizing customer service and negotiation skills. This includes addressing questions and concerns about balances owed to our clients.
  • Follow company policies and all applicable laws regarding collections and healthcare.

Qualifications

  • We seek intelligent team members who can think quickly, multitask and problem solve.
  • CRME looks for team players who are willing to work hard and want to achieve.
  • Ideal background is either a student pursuing a post-high school degree/certification or someone with experience in healthcare, customer service, call centers or sales.
  • We do require minimum typing and software skills. Preference for candidates with CollectOne experience.
