This role is accountable for maintenance governance, CMMS effectiveness, budgeting, and large-scale maintenance initiatives, ensuring all equipment and systems operate safely, efficiently, and reliably. What you’ll be doing.Lead maintenance strategy, governance, and system improvements to enhance reliability and operational performanceOversee CMMS effectiveness, including work order management, data accuracy, and schedule complianceEstablish, track, and improve maintenance KPIs (MTBF, MTTR) to drive equipment reliability and reduce downtimeManage maintenance budgets, cost controls, and support large-scale maintenance and capital projectsDevelop, coach, and lead the maintenance team while driving a culture of safety, continuous improvement, and collaboration What you’ll need to be successful.Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field preferred5–7 years of progressive maintenance experience in a manufacturing environmentMinimum 3 years of leadership experience managing teamsStrong knowledge of maintenance systems, reliability practices, and continuous improvement methodologiesExperience with CMMS platforms and maintenance KPI tracking (MTBF, MTTR)Proven ability to manage budgets and control maintenance-related expendituresFamiliarity with plant systems documentation, process flow diagrams, and maintenance planning toolsExperience with AutoCAD or similar design tools preferredStrong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skillsCommitment to safety, environmental compliance, and operational excellence About the team.You will be part of the Maintenance & Engineering team in Othello, WA, reporting to the Engineering Manager.
