PDS Tech Commercial is seeking an experienced CMMS Maintenance Planner to join a fast-paced warehouse and distribution environment in Perris, CA.
If you have experience with maintenance planning, CMMS systems, work orders, preventive maintenance, and spare-parts/MRO inventory, this is an opportunity to play a critical role in keeping a large operation running efficiently.
Position Details
Position: CMMS Maintenance Planner
Location: Perris, CA
Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour
Schedule: 3rd Shift | Sunday-Thursday | 10:00 PM-6:30 AM
What You'll Do
  • Schedule and track preventive and corrective maintenance activities
  • Coordinate maintenance schedules and work orders through the CMMS
  • Manage spare-parts inventory and MRO materials
  • Support maintenance technicians and operations teams to help minimize equipment downtime
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure critical parts and materials are available
  • Monitor maintenance metrics and maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Assist with improving maintenance planning processes and inventory controls
  • Help ensure planned maintenance work has the necessary parts, materials, and resources available
  • Manage multiple maintenance priorities in a fast-paced distribution environment
What We're Looking For
2+ years of experience in maintenance planning, CMMS administration, MRO inventory management, or a related maintenance support role
• Hands-on experience using CMMS systems to manage maintenance activities and work orders
• Experience with preventive and corrective maintenance scheduling
• Knowledge of MRO/spare-parts inventory management
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environment
• Experience supporting maintenance technicians, inventory control, vendors, and scheduling activities
