Position: Neuropsychologist


Location: Goodyear, AZ


Schedule: Full-Time


Compensation: $150,000 - $200,000 / year


Bonus: Percent of Collections


Benefits: Med/Dent/Vis, PTO/Sick, 401k, CME Reimbursement, License Reimbursement, Malpractice Coverage, 2 Weeks PTO/Sick Plus Paid Holidays (6 Federal Holidays), CME $2,000/year, Additional Vacation time for CME Conferences (3 paid days/year)

Job Summary:


Our team is looking for another clinician to join our practice! We currently have two providers and are growing to need 1-2 more clinicians here with us. 


The ideal person has experience in Neuropsychology with experience in the field. We are also open to newly graduated clinicians. Graduate and/or Post-Doctoral training in Neuropsychology would be home run but not required (this could be called internship or residency as well).


A Day in the Life:


  • Giving 6 Results/Day to Patients
  • Overseeing 3 Testers (each tester seeing 2 patients/day testing) (this requires minimal interaction, they will need to oversee in case tester hits a wall or patient is being non-compliant)
  • Overseeing Interviewers (similar to testers, just there in case there are questions)



Duties:


  • Administer comprehensive neuropsychological tests and interpret results.
  • Provide diagnosis and treatment planning for patients with cognitive and neuropsychological conditions.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver integrated care.
  • Provide counseling and support to patients and their families.
  • Develop and implement therapeutic strategies targeting cognitive and emotional deficits.
  • Participate in professional development activities and stay current with neuropsychology research.


Other Requirements:


  • PhD or PsyD in Clinical Psychology
  • AZ State Licensed (or eligible)
