Job description

As a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), you will play a pivotal role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting our concierge-style medical practice with various clinical and administrative tasks. Your commitment to patient-centered care and attention to detail will ensure a smooth experience for patients and staff alike.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist physician prepping/rooming patients for their appointment.
  • Conduct annual wellness program components such as vision, hearing, PFT,ECG,ABI, and agility test.
  • Perform clinical tasks such as taking vital signs, drawing blood, and preparing blood for transport to the lab.
  • Manage patient records by accurately inputting information into electronic health records (EHR) and maintaining confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Schedule patient appointments and coordinate follow-up care, ensuring optimal patient flow within the practice.
  • Educate patients on their treatment plans, medication instructions, and preventive care measures.
