Description

Pine Hollow Club is looking for reliable, energetic Food Runners and Bussers to support our Food & Beverage team for the upcoming club season. If you enjoy being part of a fast-paced team and take pride in keeping service smooth and organized, we would love to meet you.

This role is essential to delivering a seamless dining experience for our members and their guests by supporting servers, maintaining clean and organized spaces, and ensuring food is delivered quickly and accurately.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys staying active, working as part of a team, and learning the flow of a high-level hospitality environment.


What You'll Do

As a Food Runner / Busser, you will support service across dining outlets, events, and club spaces.


Service Support

  • Deliver food from the kitchen to guests quickly and accurately 
  • Assist servers by running items and supporting table service as needed 
  • Communicate with kitchen and service teams to ensure timely delivery 

Dining Room Support

  • Clear and reset tables efficiently throughout service 
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, service stations, and walkways 
  • Refill water and assist with basic guest needs when appropriate 

Events & Banquets

  • Support banquet service including setup, service, and breakdown 
  • Assist the team during events and high-volume service periods 

Teamwork

  • Work closely with servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to keep service flowing 
  • Assist with opening and closing side work 
  • Attend pre-service meetings and training sessions

Schedule

  • Flexible schedules including weekends and holidays 
  • Hours may vary based on club activity and events 
Seasonal Employment Information

This is a seasonal position aligned with the Pine Hollow Club operating season from April through November.

Because of the seasonal nature of the role, this position is not eligible for paid time off or company benefits.
