JOB DESCRIPTION

Player's Club Representatives are Guest Service Ambassadors for our property and are directly involved in fulfilling all marketing initiatives from Guest enrollment to event execution.

Essential duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Being a Guest Service Ambassador for the property.
  • Introducing and enrolling Guests into the award-winning Player's Club program.
  • Greeting and providing personalized service for VIP Guests.
  • Having the ability to be discrete and keep confidential all interactions with celebrities and VIP Guests.
  • Participating in execution of marketing events such as concerts, celebrity meet and greets, giveaways, drawings, parties and tournaments.
  • Performing front of house and back of house duties for concerts and high profile celebrity events.
  • Other duties as assigned.

The Company gives preference in all of its employment practices to Native Americans.
