We are seeking a professional, courteous, and observant part time unarmed security guard to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy providing exceptional service in an upscale environment. You'll play a vital role in maintaining the safe, peaceful atmosphere our members and guests expect. We are looking for someone who sees themselves not as a bouncer, but as a protector of member experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor entry points and club perimeter to ensure a safe and secure environment
  • Greet members and guests in a warm, professional manner
  • Patrol property on foot or golf cart as assigned
  • Respond calmly and appropriately to minor incidents or member concerns
  • Report maintenance or safety issues to management
  • Maintain a visible and reassuring presence throughout the property
  • Collaborate with club staff to ensure a smooth operation

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in residential, hospitality, or club security a plus
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Basic computer skills (DARs, Incident Reports, etc.)
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Ability to remain calm and composed in all situations
  • MUST HOLD A VALID CALIFORNIA GUARD CARD
