Job description

Lifeguard - Louisville Area YMCA

In search of:

Qualified Lifeguards - Louisville Area YMCA

Qualifications:

  • At least 15 years of age
  • Current YMCA or Red Cross Lifeguarding
  • Current BLS (CPR) and First Aid
  • If not certified, willingness to be trained

Available Hours:

  • Mornings: 5:30 - 9:00am
  • Daytime: 9:00am - 3:00pm
  • Weekends

Responsibilities:

  • Lifeguard is responsible for overseeing the safety of all swimmers and people in the aquatic area
  • Attends mandatory in-service trainings
  • Positive attitude & team player
  • Rescue ready at all times during shift

Starting Wage:

$12.00 - commensurate with experience
