Key Skills amp; Qualifications We’re Looking For:
  • Technical Writing: Proven experience in creating clear, accurate, and comprehensive documentation, including user manuals, technical guides, release notes, and online help systems.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work closely with software developers, engineers, and product managers to gather information and translate it into easily understandable content for diverse audiences.
  • Documentation Tools: Proficiency with documentation tools like MS Word, Adobe FrameMaker, MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar.
  • Technical Concepts: Familiarity with technical concepts related to web development, software engineering, and cloud systems. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Markdown is a plus.
